The son of Reverend Will and Marilyn LaVergne of Houston, Texas. At the young age of 7, Reverend Williams was baptized at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Mr. Belvieu, Texas.
After announcing his calling from God at age 10, Reverend William's first sermon was titled, "What's Right With the Church?" His father in the ministry and grandfather is Reverend Carlton Ford.
After graduating from James Madison High School in 1986, Reverend Williams continued his education at the American Baptist College in Nashville, Tennessee. During this time, Reverend Williams met and married his wife, Marcia (Cooke) Williams. Throughout this union of 10 years, two children were born: Lowell, Jr., and Sh'Quinta Marche.
Reverend Williams' mission statement is:

Do All I Can To Seek and To Save Those Who Are Lost."
