Welcome to the new Website of the Houston
Christian United People's Center, or The CUP, as we call it.
I am excited about this new time in our
ministry. Since the formation of St.
Paul's Missionary Baptist Church in 1981 to the renaming of the ministry to the
Houston Christian United People's Center in 1991, God has continued to bless
and move this ministry forward.
This new Website will enable the CUP to remain
true to the mission of The CUP. That
mission deals with spreading the Word of God and the Gospel Of Jesus Christ to
the nations of the world. Therefore, The CUP will endeavor to be the 1st
Century Church for the 21st Century - Breaking Religious, Racial and National
Barriers.
I invite you to freely browser around our
Website. There are many areas which are still in development, but you will
still find a comprehensive offering. What we are striving to bring to you
on this Website is the Word of God. Therefore, throughout the Website, we
are happy to provide you with scriptures. Again, the focus of this Website
is not to promote The CUP, although we do provide information about us.
The focus is to promote the Word of God.
